How to store fish in fridge

When you purchase a frozen fish or a fish from supermarket or wet market. First of all you need to wash with water, make sure you ask the fish seller to clean the innards,  throat and gills. (If not, you have to do it yourself).  After that, put a little bit of salt and smear all over the fish’s body, to keep it longer.

You can put the fish into a plastic bag or a container.

I prefer plastic bag because it’s easier to thaw the fish after it become frozen.

Frozen fish can last from three to twelve months. However, it’s best to consume your fish on the same day after you purchase it.

Note: Frozen meat doesn’t taste good compare to fresh meat.
