5 Things To Beat Monday Blues

It’s always a drag getting up early in the morning and stuck in the traffic jam just to reach office on time.
Here’s how to beat the Monday Blues..
1) Start early
Treat yourself a nice hot Starbuck Coffee with a nice bacon sandwich. Believe it or not caffeine really can have that magic kick start in the morning to wake you up!
2) Wear your branded clothes or your favourite colour from your closet
The most expensive piece of cloth on you sure can boost up your confidence and the “feel good” feeling.
3) Switch on the radio
Listen to those DJs can really make your brain work. Move your body a bit while listening to the music while you’re driving, in the bus or taking the train. Great to move that joints after sleeping whole night.
4) Make a list
Being organize really helps to speed up your workload. The next thing you will notice you have complete half of your tasks.
5) Numb and Forget
Forget about it’s a Monday. Numb yourself by thinking is not Monday/Tuesday/Wed/Thurs/Fri. It’s a day not yet Friday…
Let it not be a “Thank God It’s Friday” aka TGIF. Try and take Mondays as just any other day of the week
